A: Our 1/8" thick flat cardboard sheets are made of 200# test corrugated cardboard that is strong and durable, giving you peace of mind as you send or store your work

A: Corrugated sheets are layered sheets with a fluted middle layer for added strength and cushioning, used for their durability and shock-absorbing properties. On the other hand, chipboard pads are made from reclaimed paper and cardboard, often used as stiffeners and dividers in packaging, ideal for lightweight items and situations not requiring extensive protection. They are cheaper but offer less weight-bearing capacity and protection compared to corrugated sheets. Both are recyclable and environmentally friendly.

A: 1/8" plus or minus tolerance in the dimensions of corrugated sheets is a common industry standard. This means that the actual size of the sheets may vary slightly, either 1/8" larger or smaller than the specified dimensions. This tolerance allows for minor variations that can occur during the manufacturing process.
Q: When will I receive my corrugated sheets?
A: Our usual production timeline is within 2-3 business days. We can complete production in 1-2 business days if you need an expedited service. Similarly, creating a sample also takes 1-2 business days. Please note that this schedule excludes holidays, weekends, and shipping time.

A: Yes, our corrugated sheets can be reused, repurposed, and recycled. We recommend upcycling the sheets in-house and not using them to ship products again to customers.
