When I purchased my order, my card's CV declined so I grabbed another card to use... then, I had already been sent a 10% discount code so I used it thinking the other order hadn't gone through. Apparently it still did even though I was sent a decline error. So! I appreciated it so much when a person, I believe her name was Heather, reached out to me to clarify my order, cancel the other, and send me the second one at the same price. It just felt like the extra mile was taken and I really appreciated it- it saved me a lot of hassle! As for the product... this was my first time ordering boxes for my business. I had seen reviews on other boxes on Amazon talking about how sometimes they aren't cut right, or the paint can peel and the product looks dingy. So I was on the lookout for this, even though I wasn't using Amazon! Well, the boxes came PERFECT. The box they were in was pretty best up but the boxes inside were not dinged, have perfect cut marks to the exact measurement I bought, and no chipped marks or scuffs where you can see the kraft color underneath my colored Mailers. I am SUPER SATISFIED! Thank you
