A: On the product page and click on the 'Customize' option which opens the 3D Design Studio to craft your unique design or upload an existing one. Once your order is confirmed at checkout, we'll set in motion the creation of your bespoke shipping box.
Q: What is the difference between corrugated boxes and cardboard boxes?
A: Corrugated cardboard outperforms standard cardboard when carrying heavy packages, even when reinforced with a liner. Compared to the cardstock used for product boxes, corrugated cardboard is substantially thicker and composed of three, five or even seven layers.
Q: Can I buy a single corrugated box?
A: Yes, you can order a sample box.
Q: What is the difference between RSC and FOL Boxes??
A: RSC stands for regular slotted container. It is the most common box style for shipping and storage boxes. It’s characterized by two outer flaps that meet at the center and needs to be sealed with packaging tape. FOL stands for full overlap box. The flaps of the box extend all the way to the opposite side. This adds extra padding and increases durability and protection.
Q: When will I receive my corrugated shipping boxes?
A: Our usual production timeline is within 2-3 business days. We can complete production in 1-2 business days if you need an expedited service. Similarly, creating a sample also takes 1-2 business days. Please note that this schedule excludes holidays, weekends, and shipping time.
Q: Are shipping boxes reusable?
A: Yes, our shipping boxes can be reused, repurposed, and recycled. We recommend upcycling the boxes in-house and not using them to ship products again to customers.
Q: What are some of the common applications of corrugated boxes?

Q: Can I print on the inside of the shipping box?
A: Yes, you can. However, this functionality is not yet available on our online 3D tool Contact us with your graphics files and we will get you started with inside printing.
