Return & Refund Policy
Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within a few hours of the order being placed. To minimize leadtimes, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.To return a product ordered from ucanpack, just follow below procedure:
All regularly stocked items, with the exception of custom printed products, can be returned within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
If you decide to return the goods for a reason other than manufacturing defect (i.e. you decided you did not need the item), it will result in a 20% restocking fee and require you to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) back to us.
When you return a product, please place the item along with the with RMA number, original invoice into secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received.If you receive a damaged item from ucanpack:
We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on ucanpack was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at email@example.com immediately with photographs of the unopened package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and material received back to us, replacements will be sent out to you.Timeline and mode of refund:
Approved refunds are credited within 7 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order.
