Clear and brilliant color imparts aesthetics while our 200#/32 ECT B flute corrugated board ensures superior performance. These matte finish (non glossy) color mailers can be printed on the outside with black ink only and full color CMYK on the inside.

A: Indeed, setting up a mailer box is straightforward. The box arrives flat and pre-scored for easy assembly. Just follow these steps to prepare your custom box:
- Bend the pre-scored lines inward.
- Lift up the front and back flaps.
- Raise the box's side walls, tuck them inside, and ensure they click into place.
- The mailer box is assembled and ready for use.
Q: How will my boxes be shipped?
A: Ucanpack ships all boxes flat and unassembled.
Q: When will I receive my mailers?
A: Our usual production timeline is within 2-3 business days. If you need an expedited service, we can complete production in 1-2 business days. Similarly, creating a sample also takes 1-2 business days. Please note that this schedule excludes holidays, weekends, and shipping time.
Q: Can I ship a mailer box without using any other external packaging?
A: Our kraft corrugated cardboard, which has a specification of 200lbs / 32ECT, is durable enough to endure handling during shipping. However, for specialized needs like custom-printed boxes or high-end white mailers, we advise supplementing with an external shipping box to enhance the unboxing experience.
